02 Description of Service

ReachStack provides an integrated suite of B2B outreach tools including lead scraping, cold email campaigns, inbox warmup, and deliverability monitoring. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

03 Account Registration

To access certain features of the ReachStack platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

04 Acceptable Use Policy

Users shall not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to bypass or circumvent any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Service. Prohibited actions include sending spam, violating CAN-SPAM/GDPR regulations, or placing unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

05 Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except as expressly set forth herein. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. Billing is processed securely via Stripe.

06 Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your account at any time via Account Settings. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. After the guarantee period, no partial refunds are issued for unused portions of the billing cycle. Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation before permanent deletion.

07 Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ReachStack and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

08 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ReachStack, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
